Eric A. Gershenbaum,
M.D.
Dr.
Gershenbaum received his undergraduate degree from Cornell
University, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. During medical school at
Robert Wood Johnson, he was presented with the Academic Achievement Award, an honor reserved for
the top two students
in each graduating class.
His
residency was completed at the world famous Emory Eye Center, where he was trained in the
most advanced medical and surgical techniques in the rapidly changing field of Ophthalmology.
When qualifying for his board certification, Dr. Gershenbaum's exam score was one of the ten
highest in the United States.
He is a lecturer and clinical
instructor, a published author, and a recipient of the 2009 Top Ophthalmologist award from
the Consumer's Research Council of America.
