Eric A. Gershenbaum, M.D.
Dr. Gershenbaum graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University, and graduated from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, receiving the academic achievement award for graduating at the top of his class. His residency training was completed at the world renowned Emory Eye Center, where he learned the most up to date medical and surgical techniques in the rapidly changing field of Ophthalmology. Dr. Gershenbaum offers his suberb skills in cataract surgery, refractive surgery (PRK), and oculoplastic procedures including cosmetic BOTOX. He is staff at Centrastate Medical Center in Freehold and Ocean Medical Center in Brick.

Revathi P. Naadimuthu, M.D.
Dr. Revathi Naadimuthu, known affectionately as “Dr. Naadi” by her staff and patients, graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers University being a member of the General Honors Program and the Golden Key Honor Society. She completed the highly esteemed 7-year BA/MD program through Rutgers University and UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and stayed on to complete her Internal Medicine Internship at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. She then completed her Ophthalmology training at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. Dr. Naadi then pursued a fellowship in Cornea, Refractive Surgery, and External Disease at the University of Texas, Southwestern in Dallas, TX. She is highly skilled in corneal transplantation, including the newest techniques of DSAEK (Descemet’s Stripping Automated Endothelial Keratoplasty), DALK (Deep Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty) and INTACS. She also performs complicated anterior segment surgery, cataract surgery including premium IOLs, and refractive surgery including LASIK and PRK. Dr. Naadi is on staff at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, NJ and Ocean Medical Center in Brick, NJ.


Mark_Heimmel

Mark R. Heimmel, M.D.
Dr. Mark R. Heimmel graduated with highest honors from Rutgers University and was selected for the prestigious 7 year joint B.A./M.D. program at Rutgers and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Heimmel went on to complete his ophthalmology training at the Brown University School of Medicine in Rhode Island. With the exception of his three years of medical residency at Brown, Dr. Heimmel has been a lifelong New Jersey resident. Dr. Heimmel uses state-of-the-art technology in performing premium lens cataract surgery, plastic surgery of the eyelids and face, and refractive surgery including LASIK and PRK. Dr. Heimmel has published numerous articles in leading medical journals on the latest treatments in medical retina care for diabetic retinopathy and Lucentis treatments for age-related macular degeneration. When not caring for his patients, Dr. Heimmel is an avid tennis player and swimmer. He and his wife enjoy living at the Jersey shore.

Kenneth J. Davis, M.D.
Dr. Davis graduated from Rutgers University and New York Medical College. He interned at Newark Beth Israel Hospital and served in the U.S. Army for two years, one of which was in Vietnam. His residency training was completed at Buffalo General Hospital, VA Hospital, and Children's Hospital (Buffalo). He is Board Certified in Ophthalmology. He is on staff at Community Medical Center and specializes in medical ophthalmology.

Dr. Schlisserman graduated from Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and specializes in medical ophthalmology. Beloved by his patients, he has served the Brick Community for over 25 years and is the Chief of Ophthalmology at Ocean Medical Center in Brick.
